We had a wonderful stay at magical Cosaig House. After long days cycling and walking it was nice to go down the secluded rough track and slip into cozy Cosaig House. Recently renovated the house has everything you need and more. The owner has made great use of space and all the amenities are available. It was a wonderful to be able to experience the charm and character of an old croft while not foregoing any modern conveniences. Be warned that four large adults might struggle with the size, although our family of four felt very at home and loved every minute of the secluded, private, rural experience. Would have loved to stay longer and would be the perfect spot to escape to if you need the inspiration to write a book! Definitely visit the nearby brochs while you are there and stop in at the Dun Inn Brewery. Make bookings if you want to eat at the Glenelg Inn. Local coffee and barbq takeaway open on limited hours during the pandemic. Glenelg village store has the basics if you need milk, etc.
