Cosaig House is quite literally off the beaten track, accessed via a farm track from Glenelg.
The farm track is in parts very narrow, and at times very wet. A four-wheel drive vehicle with high ground clearance, ideally a 4×4 or SUV, is the recommended way to access the house; other vehicles are likely to get stuck. We cannot accept liability for damage to vehicles on the access track. It is advisable to arrive in daylight hours to drive the track for the first time, and to take it slowly. It is worth noting that this access is over a working farm, and that you may well encounter sheep, cows or a bull. All gates must be kept closed.
Alternatively, there is ample free parking in Glenelg and the house is approximately 15-20 minutes on foot from The Glenelg Inn, if your wellies are comfy enough for the walk.
Precise directions are provided on booking.
